The more we anticipate, the more dopamine levels rise in our bodies.

Every highly addictive behavior is associated with increased dopamine levels. /drug use, eating junk food vending machines – gambling, clicking on the FX stock market /haha/.

The same goes for our basic habits, such as eating, drinking, sex, social interaction. As for habits, the bottom line is this: dopamine is released not only when you are experiencing pleasure, but also when you are anticipating it.

Pathological gamblers experience a dopamine spike right before they bet, not after they win. Drug addicts feel the dopamine rush when they see the powder, not as they snort it. HGM-taking just before you click buy or sell.

Whenever you anticipate that a given opportunity will bring you a reward, your dopamine levels rise in anticipation. And whenever your dopamine levels increase, your motivation to act will also increase. It is the anticipation of reward – not its fulfillment – that spurs us to action.

Desire drives behavior. Every action is performed because of the anticipation that comes before it.

Let’s make the habit more attractive by loading temptation.

When you do what you need to do, it means you can do something you want to do.

Specifically for HGM-ers: before I click I check that everything to enter the store /which I have written/ fits my business plan . EASY!!! or?
