  1. Avoid comparisons to avoid falling into envy.
    \n<\/strong>Avoid feeling envy<\/strong>.
    \nEnvy is an extremely negative emotion and it is also a feeling that throws us into a constant state of dissatisfaction. It takes us away from happiness because we will make comparisons that will place us on a lower level. <\/strong>Therefore, in order to avoid this suffering, we must limit these comparisons, because each person is different and we have to accept everyone’s situation.<\/strong><\/strong> <\/li>\n
  2. Don’t be afraid of bad results<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Let’s accept failure regarding the bad decisions we made in the preparation of the project. Make every effort at every moment so that you do not experience poor results. <\/strong>Give your best to have a clear conscience, so there is no reason to feel guilty.<\/p>\n

    1. Follow your instinct at every moment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Some people are very creative and others are very logical. This rule for happiness ultimately teaches us to let our instincts guide us: we will be able to be ourselves and know ourselves better.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

        Happiness must depend on us. We cannot be disappointed by other people. Their decisions, which are beyond our control, must not affect our mood.<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Being aware of our limitations and not getting carried away by unrealistic desires allows us to not feel bad when we can’t achieve them. Let us look at where we are and what we can achieve. <\/strong>Of course we can dream, but ideas adapted to our possibilities will work much better for us.<\/p>\n

          1. Manage your expectations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            We can learn to adjust our expectations and our desires. In this way, we will be able to prevent the inflated expectations of a project or person from being a source of unhappiness. In short, it’ s about a more realistic vision of our lives. <\/strong>We need to know how to deal with obstacles in a more appropriate way. <\/p>\n

            1. Appreciate what we have<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              The moment we are happy, it will be important to know how to look beyond our material possessions. Not only will this prevent us from falling into envy, as we began in the first point, but it will help us appreciate what really matters in our lives. So, we will have better relationships with our friends or loved ones when we give them the importance they deserve.<\/strong><\/p>\n

              1. Let’s be more attentive to the present<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                This point to achieve happiness is related to time, how we think about the past and the future. It will do us no good to wallow in the problems of the past. <\/strong>We have to accept that the decisions we have made cannot be changed. Furthermore, spending too much time imagining our future will not help us when we realise that our expectations and desires may not be realised. <\/strong>Let’s enjoy the gift that truly gives us. Present. <\/p>\n

                We have indeed described a lot in these three years, and often even mentioned it, but at the same time we have mainly appealed to the implementation and application of HGM principles in real life. \/not only in business\/. <\/p>\n
